These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Invitekar.in and the digital invitation services provided by Invitekar, owned and operated by Tejas Suryakant Joshi ("Invitekar", "we", "us", or "our").

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Service

Invitekar, owned and operated by Tejas Suryakant Joshi, provides personalized digital invitation websites for Ganpati celebrations and other special occasions.

Customers can select an invitation design, provide their event information and photographs, complete payment, and receive a personalized invitation website through a shareable link.

The invitation link can be shared with family, friends and guests through WhatsApp, social media, email or other communication platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Invitekar.

If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us.

3. Orders & Pricing

• The standard price for a personalized digital invitation is ₹249 per invitation, unless another price is clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Your order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
• The service is digital and does not include any physical invitation card or printed material.
• Promotional prices or offers may be available for limited periods and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.

4. Customer Information & Content

To create your invitation, you may provide information including:

• Host/family names
• Ganpati celebration details
• Event dates and times
• Darshan and Aarti timings
• Venue details
• Personal messages
• Photographs
• Other information required for personalization

You agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You have the necessary rights and permissions to use photographs and other content you upload.
• You will not upload content that violates another person's rights.
• You are responsible for reviewing your information before submitting it.

You grant Invitekar a limited right to process, host and display your content solely for the purpose of creating and providing your invitation service.

5. Delivery of Service

Invitekar provides a completely digital product.

After successful payment and submission of the required information, your invitation website will be created and made available through a shareable link.

Delivery is generally completed within the timeframe mentioned on our website or during the order process.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because personalized invitation websites are digital products created specifically for each customer, orders generally cannot be cancelled once personalization or delivery has started.

Payments are generally non-refundable except in situations specifically covered under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Please review the Refund Policy before placing your order.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Invitekar to create, upload or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful or fraudulent
• Is defamatory or threatening
• Is obscene or abusive
• Promotes hatred or discrimination
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Violates the privacy or rights of another person
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

Invitekar reserves the right to refuse, suspend or remove an order or invitation that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All Invitekar designs, templates, graphics, animations, layouts, illustrations, website components, logos, branding elements and other original materials are owned by Tejas Suryakant Joshi or licensed to Invitekar.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use your purchased invitation for your own event.

You may not:

• Resell Invitekar templates
• Copy or reproduce our designs
• Distribute our templates
• Use our designs to create a competing service
• Extract or reuse our artwork, animations or website assets
• Claim Invitekar designs as your own

The photographs, names and other content submitted by you remain your responsibility and ownership.

9. Third-Party Services

Invitekar may use third-party services for payment processing, hosting, maps, analytics, fonts, content delivery and other technical functions.

Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Invitekar is not responsible for interruptions or changes to third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep Invitekar and invitation websites available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that our website or invitation services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invitekar's liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Invitekar will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our service, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
